You may start a return by contacting us within 14 days after you’ve received the order.
Due to food safety concerns, returns are not available for products that do not have its original packaging, opened, and products with unauthorized use, modifications, misuse, storage and installation.
Essential hygiene items, such as masks, tissue, feminine products, beauty products are not eligible for return and refunds unless there is a quality issue.
Once an item is returned to store or has arrived at the warehouse, it can take up to 5 business days to see the refund on your credit card.
Refunds
All refunds will be returned to the payment method of your original payment within 7 business days.
If you choose to return the items by shipping, shipping costs for shipping the product(s) to us are not refunded.
If any of the items you ordered is out of stock or has a quality issue, a portion of the basic delivery fee will be refunded to you based on the proportional weight of the out of stock item(s).
How to return a product
You may return a product to a designated pickup location once we have issued return case number to you with the approved printout documents.
You may also return a product by mail. You will be required to pay for the shipping cost.
We will pay for the return shipping if the product(s) returned due to quality issues.
All products must be returned in new condition with original packaging and accessories. A full refund may not be issued if items are missing.

Products returned due to quality issues or recall, meaning the product(s) you’ve received has expired, damaged during the transportation etc., resulting in failure to use or consume.
